My name is Nathalie Jendly, I was born in 1970 and grew up in the canton of Fribourg. I completed my apprenticeship as a commercial clerk in the field of tourism and then completed a postgraduate diploma as a certified event manager.
I have two grown children, a son and a daughter. Because of my son's illness and the resulting disability, I started to look for holistic therapies for him and also a therapy for me to process what happened. So over the years I have attended various courses and have also done further training to support other people.
Subsequently, I became aware of the ActionTypes coaching approach more through my daughter's problems at school. This approach is now the foundation of most of my coaching sessions, as it addresses the motor preferences, strengths and needs as well as mental strengths and weaknesses of the person. The motor preferences are determined, verified and promoted with simple exercises.
